EEEEK!

So recently found out some news.. not sure if I should be excited or not yet. But I’m putting off telling everyone for a few months.. But I’m going to keep going strong with my exercising and healthy eating! It’ll benefit me in more then one way now :) which makes me even more motivated then I was before.. But besides that I’m now down to 206 :) yay! so on the scale that actually works, that would make me 200-201 :) i’m thinking about weighing myself here in a bit, then heading over to my dads to weigh myself once again on a proper scale. Mine sucks ass. I’m done counting calories for the time being until I talk to my doctor and get everything figured out on thursday :) Oh and i have to remember to grab my heart rate monitor from my dads to figure out how many calories im burning during an exercise.. so much for not counting calories :P but I’m off to do a bit of shopping, then I’m going to come back and do my zumba and daily workout :) keep it classy ladies ;)

Morning! 

Today I woke up sitting at 207 still, which is okay! I had a bad day yesterday which included a Chai Tea Frap (mmmmm), a small orange slush, chips with spicy cheese dip. And I didnt drink much water so I didn’t expect to lose anything. Also, I didn’t work out yesterday, took the day to rest because my muscles were still screaming at me! I’ll probably work out in a bit. After my hubby makes me breakfast again (Yes I’m spoiled :D) and I drink a ton of water! I’ll be back later.
